This car had been restored a number of years ago with full credit to the person(s) responsible for that.
It is still in top condition and very much original. The 1592 motor has been bored 20 thou oversize.
Have recently fitted Goodyear 165/80/R13 GT3 radial ply tyres which has made a remarkable improvement
to riding and steering. The exterior sun visor was a very poular accessory back in the 60's, as are the
Lucas driving lights.
In March 07 this car successfully completed a 2,500 Mile rally over all sorts of terrain (that can be
encountered here in N.Z)., without missing a beat.
